Upon completing your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment options. After payment, the Lófos Gift Card will be posted or emailed, with instructions on redeeming it.
– The gift card amount is set by you. No minimum price.
– The Gift Card is valuable for 3 years from the date issued and can be extended by request to our Lófos Couture Customer Service.
– The card value will be set on the purchase date.
– The Lófos Couture Gift Card will not be refunded in cash in case of lost, fake or stolen. The card will not be replaced and no compensation will be giving in such case.
– The Lófos Couture Gift Card is coded with a unique code. Please keep its safe as its owner can use it without an ID.
– Once you request a Lófos Couture Gift Card, you will receive an email where we’ll ask your preference for delivery—digital or by post.
– If you choose digital delivery, the gift card will be emailed to either your inbox or directly to the recipient’s—whichever you prefer—within 48 hours.
For a physical card, expect delivery times of 2–5 days within the Netherlands, 3–10 days within Europe, and 5–14 days outside Europe.
