Once we receive your request, our founder or one of our high couture experts will reach out to you within 48 hours.

At this time, you'll have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions by phone, allowing you to learn more about the dress and the experience surrounding its purchase.
Once everything is confirmed, and you're ready to try on the dress, we will schedule an appointment. This fitting will take place in the comfort of your own home. Depending on your location, we can meet as soon as 7 days after confirming the appointment.
To confirm a fitting appointment, we ask for a 10% deposit of the total investment. Should you decide not to move forward, that amount will stay in your Lófos Exclusives account, giving you the freedom to explore future creations or use it toward one of our upcoming retreats, whenever the time feels right.

On the agreed day and time, you can experience the dress in the comfort of your own space, with no pressure. During the fitting, we’ll work together to make sure every detail feels right. If something needs to be adjusted, we’re there to make it perfect.
